In the 20 years since its inception, Appreciative Inquiry (AI) has become recognized as a viable process for applied large-scale change in fields ranging from business, to education, to health care and government. This paper offers the proposition that managers and leaders seeking to work from a consciously spiritual perspective can draw upon AI as a way of inviting spirituality to the workplace to create a life-affirming collective consciousness, a spiritual resonance, which in turn contributes to the realization of strategic results in service of the triple bottom line.
