We might actually get a carbon tax after all. This is a good thing, especially if you want to reduce carbon emissions. And if you donat care about carbon emissions, itas still a good thing for raising some revenue for improvements to our energy infrastructure which is overwhelmingly fossil fuel, and overwhelmingly old and decrepit.
